HOW DOES IT WORK?: |
Simply call, email or fax in your toner or service request to Boomerang
Digital Call Centre and a dispatcher will notify technician(s) in your area.

HOW IS IT BILLED?: |
Monthly Cost per Copy Service & Toner agreements are billed according to the
machine's total monthly copy/print volumes for black/white and colour (if
applicable) separate. |
Annual/Quarterly Pre-paid Cost per Copy Service & Toner agreements are
billed in blocks specified under the agreement or 1 year, whichever comes
first. |

WHEN ARE METER READING REQUESTS
MADE?: |
Monthly Meter Reading requests are
made on the 20th of each month.
